As soon as you wake up in the morning Zoe girl, (or from a nap), all you want is your puzzles!! You are obsessed with them! Yes, Zoe has found a new love - her favorite being the Melissa and Doug fish puzzle. Im actually really impressed they she can do these puzzles since they are really for 2+ and she is only 18 months, but she turns and turns them until she gets it! Or asks mommy for "hulp" which of course I give willingly. Zoe girl turned 19 months yesterday - wow. She is quite the little person. When she wakes up she wants to stay and play in her crib (with us in there) for 15 minutes. I think she likes to wake up slowly. Then of course we have to "drive" with daddy before he goes to work. She now likes to pat the place where she wants us to sit (like on the couch to read our photobooks). I love the way she answers "yeah" to questions - with a little smile and nod. She is loving carrying around her bears, babies, and other animals and loving on them. Still only sleeping 1 hr 45 in the afternoon.. Cant you make it a little longer Zoe girl!! We are ready for Fall and for all our activities to begin again. This 100+ weather is really starting to get on our nerves! The pool is even hot. But she is so happy in the mornings we have just been kind of hanging out. We had her 18 month appointment the other day. she is 33.5" (93%) tall, and 25.5 lbs (55%). So still tall and skinny - I still cannot believe that height. But don't you worry, we still have gymnastics starting in the fall. We got her first haircut a few weeks ago - she loved getting her hair dried!
J and I celebrated our 7th Anniversary on the 14th - we went to Jasper's and it was delish! Thanks Buns for a great 7 years! J and Zoe gave me flowers. To celebrate we finally found some bedroom furniture we liked. Hooray!! Wicker-- OUT. :)
We also went to CeCe's 30th bday bash at Thunderbird skate rink. It was 80's and of course we dressed up. The really terrible part is that my mom really made and wore this shirt - yikes. And Jutin's was my Dad's. "Im a father and Im proud of it" Thanks Dad :)
