Hop Hop Hop

Well, its the weekend again, hooray!  Zoe had an Easter Egg Hunt on Friday and another one on Saturday.  I was really impressed Friday that she actually walked around with her basket and put a few eggs in it without me even showing her what to do!  Today, I expected her to be a pro, but she was more content to just wanter around.  She had no interest in what was in the eggs, but she sure does like to open and close them (read: mommy to open an close them).  She has all the sudden gotten back in to reading books over and over again (in one sitting).  They dont even have to be lift and flap.  She LOVES her 100 first words book and likes to point at all the boxes with pictures in them.  She is getting 2 more molars so between that and a cold she has had kind of a long week with sketchy naps.   She is also having a weird appetite (like no oatmeal) but Im hoping thats due to the teeth also.  But she is walking around like an old pro and barely crawls anywhere anymore.  She can get into things so much faster now!  J has been working the last couple weeks on getting the boat ready for the summer.  Since we are always on a timetable with Zoe, we wanted to put in "automatic ballast" so that we could be a little quicker getting the wakeboarding going.  For you non-boat people that basically means that we add weight (water) to the boat in "fatsakcs" to make the wake bigger for J to jump/flip/etc.   We are ready for summer - though I dont know that I am ready to give up these beautiful spring days yet.  Zoe and I are enjoying going to the Arboretum too much!  The last 2 pictures are today at the neighborhood egg hunt.  Justin didnt realize the slide he was going down was the one with bumps!  Zoe loved it!
